Phone-Free Experience Policy
The use of phones, smartwatches, smart glasses, or any smart digital devices is strictly prohibited inside the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all such devices must be placed in individual secured pouches, which will remain locked until the end of the event.
Guests will keep their devices with them at all times and may access them only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. Devices must be re-secured in the pouches before re-entering the performance space.
If you need to take a phone call during the performance, please exit the performance area. A member of our staff will be available to unlock your pouch in the designated area.
Anyone caught using any digital device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a fully immersive, phone-free experience.
Please note: Guests are responsible for the condition of their phone pouch. At the end of the event, pouches must be returned in good condition. Any damage to the pouch will result in a penalty charged to the same card used to purchase the ticket.
