Indulge yourself in a deliciously wicked evening of gloriously camp comedy and pure, unadulterated fun as Craig makes his eagerly awaited Sydney Comedy Festival debut.
The star of numerous UK TV series including BBC’s “Live Floor Show” and his own “Craig Hill’s Out Tonight”, Craig’s smash-hit solo tours have taken him all over the globe. He recently stormed the legendary London Palladium stage with a 35 minute set to a standing ovation, hosted a show specially produced for Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber and has sold every ticket for his past 10 years of his annual solo seasons at the Edinburgh festival.
Craig’s cheeky, irreverent and, of course, wonderfully camp, blend of stand-up and musical comedy has earned him critical acclaim and a following that encompasses young and old, straight and gay, men and women. Renowned for his incisive stand-up, lightning fast improvisation, fabulous characterisations and sublime vocal parodies, he is one of those rare natural performers with a seemingly effortless audience rapport.
If you only commit one sin this festival, let it be Craig’s Kilty Pleasure. Go on…..you know you want to….
“Hill actually has to wait until the audience stops laughing before he can start again. It’s absolutely hilarious…His across-the-board appeal to both the young and old is that his humour is – largely – family friendly. Obviously this is why people are wiping tears of laughter from their eyes.”
