Fresh from its American and European tours, this world class troupe, including five winners of the prestigious MeiHua prize (the Oscars of the Chinese Opera world), presents scenes employing the Huang mei, Hui ju and Yue Ju (Cantonese) styles of opera. It’s a rare chance to see on one stage the well known stanzas of the famous traditional romantic operas Romance of the Goddess’, The Emperor’s ‘Nephew’ and The Legend of the White Snake.
